People experience stress when discussing or thinking about their financial situations, even if they are not aware of it. The stressed showed in their bodies, as much stress does. In this study, the researches measured the participants’ body temperatures which went down and they experienced cold fingers.
After exploring their finances with an expert most people’s measures of psychological distress (such as anxiety or depression), improved, meaning they were less stressed. and stayed down the three months of the study.
Helping people to be less stressed when thinking, talking and making decisions about money is the goal.
